104. Keeping Your Church Page Up to Date
The easiest way to keep your Church Page current is to bring review and updates into rhythms you already have, like staff meetings or discipleship planning.
Here are several that other churches have found useful:
- Review and update your Church Page quarterly. Ensure information like service times and images are up-to-date. Update anything that is out of date so that people can easily find your Church Page.
- Check YouVersion Connect data and insights. Sit down as a team on a regular basis to review data points such as Plan completion or what your church is searching for in the Bible App. This data shows you what your church is thinking about, and can help you decide on sermon topics, small groups, and what resources to share.
- Review and update team permissions. After staff transitions, review roles and responsibilities, as well as how people are interacting with YouVersion Connect.
- Document roles and workflows in a shared location. Having everything in a shared document helps keep visibility across your team and ensures everyone has the right information.
