YouVersion is a digital ministry of Life.Church, and we’re excited to host you at Life.Church Edmond and the new YouVersion Headquarters!
The majority of programming will take place in the Life.Church Edmond auditorium. And on Tuesday afternoon, you’ll get to tour YouVersion Headquarters and the Bible Impact Experience—interactive exhibits helping you celebrate and understand the global impact that the Bible has had through the Bible App.

When and where is the event taking place?
The Partner Summit will take place on Monday, October 5, and Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Both days will take place at Life.Church - Edmond Campus at 4600 E 2nd St, Edmond, OK, 73034.
What time does the event start and end?
On Monday, October 5, 2026, we’ll begin programming at 9am and wrap up at 5pm. On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, we’ll begin at 9am and wrap up at noon.
Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend the Partner Summit! We are privileged to have you as a Partner, and we’re excited to get this chance to pour into you. Any travel or lodging expenses are your responsibility.
When is the deadline for registration?
Because this is a curated event with limited space, all registrations must be submitted by Monday, September 7, 2026. We’d love to hold your spot—just let us know you're coming.
What if I need to cancel?
If something changes and you’re no longer able to attend, please contact us by email at partnerevents@youversion.com.
Will a virtual option be available?
This time is meant to be interactive, including community building, collaboration, and interactive exhibits. To get the full experience, please attend in person!
Where should I fly into?
You will fly into Will Rogers International Airport (OKC). It’s about 30 minutes by car from Life.Church Edmond and 15 minutes from Oklahoma City.
I’m coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
Browse our hotel recommendations above. Edmond hotels with shuttle service are listed with booking details, and downtown Oklahoma City hotels are marked as recommended.
Will transportation be provided?
When you arrive in Oklahoma City, plan to arrange your own transportation to your hotel (about 30 minutes to Edmond or 15 minutes to Oklahoma City). On Tuesday afternoon after the Partner Summit, we will provide shuttle service from Life.Church Edmond to the airport.
If you are staying at an Edmond hotel with shuttle dropoff and pickup listed (see Hotels section above), we will provide transportation to and from the Partner Summit.
Will food be provided?
We will provide complimentary snacks in the morning on both days, as well as lunch on Monday. Dinner on Monday evening and lunch on Tuesday are up to you.
