Be the first point of contact for people in our YouVersion Community reaching out for spiritual support.
Making a difference isn’t just for pastors or church leaders—it’s for everyone! All you need is a prayerful, humble heart and a desire to serve. During volunteer onboarding, you will go through a training process to learn how to use our tools.

Serving Opportunities Include:
- Spiritual Responder: You will pray for people who reach out with requests and give Biblical encouragement, along with tips, tools, and resources, to those who are struggling.
- Prayer Community: You will pray over submitted prayer requests during your personal time with God.

Serving
Expectations:
- You must be committed to walking with Jesus.
- You will need a device with internet access.
- You will need to stay connected to your Volunteer Team to develop relationships and stay informed of helpful information.
- Spiritual Responders must commit to responding to at least five prayer requests each week using two-way email communication.
- Prayer Community members must commit to spending time each week praying for the requests that have been shared by the Team Leader through one-way email communication.

Minimum
Requirements:
- You must be fluent in the English language.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
