101. Setting Up Your Church Page

To help you elevate your digital discipleship rhythms, you’ll have a Church Page in the Bible App. Think of it as your digital front door—just as you prepare your church building for weekend services, holidays, and special events, so you should prep your Page.
Take these steps to set your Church Page up for success:
- Start with essential details. Having details like church name, location, service times, and website makes it easier for attendees to find your Page and people in your area to discover your church.
- Upload your church logo. Make the space unique to your church with images such as your logo, building, or lifestyle photos from the weekend.
- Assign at least two Owners.
Owners have full access to your account. They can:
- View Insights
- Add or Edit Account Roles
- Add a Featured Plan
- Create a Post
- Delete Locations
- Edit your Profile
- Delete your Organization Account
- Add or Delete Locations
This role is great for a lead pastor or someone in charge of operational tasks. Having more than one Owner ensures a secure account through team structure changes, vacation, or illness.
- Assign Editors and Insights Viewers.
An Editor can create content and manage the Church Page. They can:
- View Insights
- Add a Featured Plan
- Create a Post
- Edit your Profile
- Add Locations
This role is great for a communications director, trusted volunteers, or someone in charge of your sermon content calendar.
An Insights Viewer can see engagement data, but cannot create content or manage the Church Page. This role is great for those who don’t need to do anything with the Church Page, but still want to see data that shows them how discipleship is going.
