We recommend flying into John Wayne Airport (SNA) or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Hotel Check-In and Registration start at 4pm (PST) on November 5.
The Welcome Reception will be held from 4:45-6pm (PST).
The hotel will do its best to accommodate early arrivals.
November temperatures in California usually range from the mid-60s during the day to the low-50s in the evenings.
We will do our best to keep the event spaces at a comfortable temperature, but we do recommend bringing a light jacket if you get cold easily.
The official dress code for the event is “resort casual,” which combines relaxed and polished attire.
As we get closer to the event, we’ll send a suggested packing list with more details.
