Where does my donation go?
At YouVersion, we believe that seeking intimacy with God through His Word every day has the power to transform people’s lives. And we have a vision to get God's Word to everyone, everywhere, so they can meet with Him every day.
When you give to YouVersion, your contribution supports the marketing initiatives to increase the reach of YouVersion's Family of Bible apps so more people have access to God's Word, and it supports the operational costs to build and support Bible experiences that aim to increase our Community's daily engagement in the Bible.
YouVersion and the organizations we partner with make our app and content available for free because our lives have been changed by God’s Word, and we want to share it with the world.

Is my gift tax deductible?
YouVersion is U.S. not-for-profit and meets the tax-exempt requirements of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Please consult with a tax advisor for specific deduction information, especially if you reside outside of the U.S.

What is Bible Translation?
Through giving to Bible Translation and the “Bible for Everyone” campaign, YouVersion works directly with Bible translation organizations to help fund projects that can rapidly provide Scripture to large numbers of people who don't have access to Scripture in their heart language. When you give to Bible Translation through YouVersion, your entire contribution goes directly to our partners, who use your gift exclusively for the purpose of Bible Translation.
Can I give stocks?
Yes! We've partnered with an organization, Overflow, to make donating stock online quick, easy, and secure. When you're ready to initiate a stock gift, please visit https://donate.overflow.co/youversion, and click "Donate Stock". If you are completing the transfer, you will click "I am an individual donor". If your broker is completing the transfer, they will click "I'm a financial advisor" Then, follow the steps to complete the transfer.
