Support Team

Role Details:

On the Support Team, you’ll be one of the first points of contact to provide assistance to people and Partners experiencing technical issues within our Family of Apps (the Bible App, Bible App Lite, and Bible App for Kids).

You don’t have to know everything about technical problems. You just need to have a desire to learn and help others.

During volunteer onboarding, you will go through a training process to learn how to use our tools.

Serving opportunities include:

  • App Support
  • Partner Support

Minimum Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in the English language.

Serving Expectations:

  • You must commit to answering at least 12 support tickets each week.
  • You must have a device with internet access.
  • You will need to stay connected to your Volunteer Team to develop relationships and stay informed on helpful information.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
