Technical Support Team

Role Details:

On the Technical Support Team, you’ll be one of the first points of contact to provide assistance to people and Partners experiencing technical issues within our Family of Apps (the Bible App, Bible App Lite, and Bible App for Kids).

You don’t have to know everything about technical problems. All it takes is a passion for learning and a heart for helping others!

During volunteer onboarding, you’ll be equipped and empowered to use our tools with confidence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in the English language.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.

Serving Expectations:

  • Create time on your calendar to support our Community and Partners by answering support tickets.
  • You must have a device with internet access.
